Dr. Frederick H. Watkins, a Diplomate of The American Board of Plastic Surgery, is accomplished in all aspects of general plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has published extensively in the field and has been an educator to his peers with numerous original presentations. He divides his time between cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery (including hand surgery). He offers a full complement of cosmetic surgery procedures.
